  • experience anxiety in their relationships

  • would like to learn how to build and communicate healthy boundaries

Individual Therapy

I offer individual therapy for people who are seeking to understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful change in how they move through the world. Our work is a collaborative process where we gently explore the patterns shaped by your past and how they influence your relationships, self-esteem, and sense of safety today. Together, we build practical skills—such as setting boundaries, increasing self-trust, and creating space between what you feel and what you do—so you can respond to life with greater clarity and compassion. I am a certified STAIR Method clinician, and I integrate modalities such as parts work, boundary work, interpersonal neurobiology, and sand tray therapy, along with Relational Life Therapy, to support connection to yourself and others.

In our work together, I hope to provide a healing environment where your system’s natural brilliance can bloom, and to walk alongside you as you create the life and relationships you want.

“Boundaries help us to clearly communicate who we are, in alignment with our values. It may seem paradoxical, but boundaries help us to connect to others. Doing boundary work is an act of love for both self and other people.”

— Jules Shore, Setting Boundaries That Stick
